Welcome to
your new homeUPDATE - price reduced by £10,000 - house now on the market for £235,000.
On this site you will find photos and information about our house in Falcons Court, Much Wenlock, which is for sale.
We set this site up because we found when looking for a house ourselves other websites only showed a couple of small pictures of properties and had very little content. We have tried to provide as much information as possible about every aspect of the property and the lovely town of Much Wenlock so you can get a real feel for what you could buy.
If you'd like to know anything else and to arrange a viewing please email us or give Dan a call on 07813 979 393 and we'll be happy to help.
Kind regards,
Dan and Rachel Meehan.

The
HouseThis beautiful three bedroom end terrace property is situated in the centre of Much Wenlock. On the ground floor there is the entrance hall with guest cloakroom and utility room, fitted breakfast kitchen with bay window, living room with French windows leading out to a decked and paved South facing rear garden.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a smart family bathroom.
The entire second floor houses the magnificent master bedroom suite, including bedroom, very large dressing area and bathroom with a free-standing roll top bath and separate extra-large shower.
The house has gas central heating and double glazing throughout, plus parking for three vehicles - as an estate agent would say, a must to view!

Much
WenlockThe Shropshire town of Much Wenlock is a quintessentially English town. Much Wenlock is a stunningly beautiful medieval town, it also inspired the birth of the modern Olympic Games. In 1850 a local doctor, William Penny Brookes, organised the first ever Wenlock Olympian Games. In recognition of our sporting heritage, the 2012 London Olympic Games mascot is called Wenlock!
With a population of around 3,000 people, Much Wenlock feels much more like a village than a town. Stroll around the town centre and it may seem you have stepped back fifty or more years. You won’t find any ‘big names’, but you will find a great selection of traditional shops, (including the best butchers in the country!) all offering good old-fashioned personal service.
